JC Creative was appointed to work alongside their internal leadership and marketing teams to lead and define a new standard for the user experience and visual interface design for the Cassie product website.
The focus was to evolve and engage with customers to increase product awareness, leads and revenue. Working closely with the Syrenis marketing team I advised on detailed scoping, user journeys and the wider brand positioning. Then applied this to the structure and information architecture. Based on detailed analytics analysis, I was able to identify the products key content areas and make recommendations as to which content should be kept.
It was important to keep the user journeys simple but account for a large site architecture with different levels of engagement and enquiry. I achieved this by developing a clearer global navigation and strategically placing stronger CTA's which was particularly important for Cassies marketing team so they could implement successful tracking and analytics. This conversion-led approach to UX meant that we could measure success against increases in demo bookings for the platform.
Coupled with the UX and interface rework I gave Cassie a complete brand evolution. Here I explored where the brand could move visually and reflect their forward-thinking culture. I designed fresh clean iconography and reduced the colour palette to aid user experience. I removed anything that wasn't 100% essential to the complex tasks which ended with a fresh, clean solution for the sales and marketing team to be proud of.
